Some teen guy tries to date middle sister to get to big sister. Middle sister decides to seduce younger bro to fucking - then continues to fuck him and drug him.
He gets tired of it, she goes psycho. Eventually bigger sister finds out and tries to break it up. Fight, older sister gets pushed down the stiars. Middle sister manages to manipulate younger bro and older sister into silence despite seeing a therapist.
Older sister tries to drug middle-sister and run away with younger bro. Middle sister tells her when she was drugged with sleeping pills younger bro raped her - she forgives him anyways and they all decide to go to therapy.
Middle sister is full on psychotic and preggers, refusing to answer therapist question in the end about the father.
While written okayish, it's too heavy on the incest fetish. Having the younger bro suddenly start being a rapist despite being raped and manipulated constantly himself is just an out of nowhere gutpunch.
The therapist,school and parents never catching on to exactly what happened feels unrealistic. They are just "lol okay, have fun crazy incest family. Keep abusing and raping and drugging each other."

Though I could potentially see them be able to function as a sort of artificial womb, that just needs the genetic material to be "donated", to then artificially grow a fetus.
Though with only one donor, you'd just end up with a clone, instead of an entirely new person. So unless you're fine with that, you'd have to find a second person who'd be up for donating some genes.
