It's the bianual direct to video scooby doo movie. They did one with pirates, one in the snow, one in Egypt. It's the good looking cartoons that are mostly garbage.

Merlín turns out to have actual magic powers in the end and uses them to turn into a frog and burps fire in front of Velma after telling her that magic was real and the ones who refuse to see it need to look deeper into their heart before the credits, So I don't know how she is going to explain that in later movies...I mean that can't be "swamp gas".
Also the next movie is the Courage crossover so they better don't retcon anything like saying all the monsters on that show are fake or something.
