I don't understand what anyone could see in Catra that would make you love her. She is a terrible person in all the ways and would be a terrible girlfriend. U less you're a lesbian with daddy issues or mommy issues, there's nothing to like there.

Its because Adora found Catra. Noelle even confirmed little Adora named Catra. Remember her canon full name is Catra Applesauce Meowmeow. That it most likely was around that time Catra imprinted on Adora. But as they grew older they never learned to process their feelings.

Catra learned to be destructive not being able to understand what love it. Adora saw that the girl who was practically her sister/daughter as anything more then that. But being away from each other and all of the shit they went through. It made them realize what the other meant to each other. After all they used to dream about it being them who rules the hoard before Adora became She-ra.


Now they become a married couple who have a kid together. Nolle never said how they did it but it was caused by magic.

Nobody knows, catra literally tried to kill her several times and almost succeeded once and the dance does not count, it is just Adora watching that catra does not kill anyone.

Wouldn't this count as pseudo incest. Adora made them take Catra in and named her. They grew up like sister and Catra hated eveyone who wasn't Adora. They dud both plan to rule together even if the side they were on changed.

For Catra it's pretty obvious - Adora's one of the few people to be nice to her for most of her life.
For Adora it's not obvious at all. Catra, to be frank, has very few redeeming traits and the flashbacks we see with the two in S5 throw into question if Catra was ever a good friend to Adora. I think the fandom claims that Catra's one of the only people who cares about Adora for Adora and not She-Ra but I don't really buy that. Bow and Glimmer (at least until S4 where she's got other things on her mind) regularly show concern for Adora over-exerting herself and even other members of the princess alliance do the same.

Not really. Remember Adora risked her life to save Catra from prime after it sounded like Catra died when they captured her after sending Glimmer to Adora. Catra was always on Adora's mind. That was the real reason she could never kill Catra instead she would always storm off.

Nolle confirmed that after they became a official couple that Catra stopped being a evil psycho bitch who wanted to kill everyone.

Yup crazy couples seem to win in she-ra there is Adora and Catra, Hordax and Entrapa finally Mermista and Seahawk. But for Mermista it's like she let crazy put its dick in her.

...she really isn't though? If Catra isn't directly on screen Adora rarely mentions her. Even in early seasons she doesn't really go "oh man I wish Catra was here!" - shit she doesn't really give a fuck about Catra in S4 at all. They only started the whole "she needs Catra's love" stuff after they got the clear to make them a couple in the final season. That's why a lot of people find it forced.

It's not headcanon. That's the point of all of their flashbacks. Hell they even have a few episodes dedicated to this plot point.

No they call Adora out many times saying how Catra is Adora's blind spot. We see it in season 1 when during most of the battles Adora tired to have Catra join her. When it didnt work she focused on being the best she-ra she could . But that was jaut running away from her problems

First of all, adora did not know how to use the powers of she-ra, because she is a novice at that.
and secondly, her powers began to fail right after destroying the sword, as it was the only means she knew to transform.

Yes she was a novice that's why she focused more on her training and only saw it as a sword. The sword is what let Light hope control she-ra. That the power was always in Adora. Which they never really explain but dose explain why she could read a language no one else could

That's not obsession though. Obsession would mean Adora's always thinking about Catra, thinking of ways to convert her, missing her, etc. instead it's only when Catra's on screen that Adora cares. And after S3 Adora gave a big fuck you to Catra and gave zero fucks about her in S4.
