You're expected to be able to communicate with people, make small talk, make friends easily. Basically just be somewhat sociable. While in the first world you get a job based mostly on qualifications and you're just expected to do your job and that's it, in here you get a job because not only you're qualified since a hell of a lot of other people are just as capable but also because you know someone who works in the company you want to work for or because someone in there is related to you, family connections, friends and this kind of stuff. I'm not saying this doesn't happen in the first world but in here this is the norm and this is does not apply only for work, everything is like that. While in the first world you can easily live all your life inside your head here you're pretty much required to go out and meet people and make connections because this will help you with everything in life.
Relationships are also based more on charisma and less on autistic stuff you're used to, like height. If you see a brazilian monkey talking about "manletism" or height autism in general you can be positive he doesn't leave his room very often. Money is obviously valuable but having a good talk goes a long ways and the competition will be thigh on this.
Failing to fit in will get you bullied at a young age and loneliness as you grow up. At an adult age you'll have problems getting a job (it's not impossible and if you want to work for the government all you need is to do well on a test, the money is good and the benefits are even better but of course this makes the competition very tight) and since this is the third world financial stability is not as easily achievable as it is in the first world so if something unexpected happens in your life you can be get pretty fucked if you don't have people to help you. You see people talking about "muh strong family ties" in the third world and some of it is true but partially due to necessity.
