Attached: download.jpg (299x168, 10.35K)

>ACKSHALLY, THEY DRAGGED THOSE ROCKS FROM WALES SO ITS BASED

Give back our stuff

Posting the obvious one. How is Venice doing these days? I heard the situation improved in the wake of covid but I haven't looked into it since last year.

Nah. It's our now.
But the Vasa has never been yours. It was our failure.

>paying £40 to touch a shitty pile of rocks

Yes it is. That's a lot of dragging!

Do they even let you touch them? I dont remember ever getting close enough

All of Gamla Stan (Old Town) Stockholm is a tourist trap.
>expensive shops selling crap
>expensive cafés
>expensive restaurants
>expensive rental rooms
>expensive tourist guides
I live here and it's annoying as hell.
2020 was kinda nice, much less people than usual.

When they complete that flood control system, they should invite all of the tourists to the Piazza. Then release the acqua alta and flush all of them into the lagoon.

Probably the city of Niagara. The falls themself are quite nice. but the city is like a shitty las vegas

We have literal traps set up for brits to die kek

Most restaurants and shops in Old Lyon (it's still a beautiful place).

Attached: vieux-lyon6.jpg (800x533, 167.77K)

I live 10 mins from there, it's not that touristy nor that great to be honest. Don't get me wrong, it's pretty, it's just that places like Italy have literally hundreds of places like that, better weather and everything costs less

Tell me one (1) Italian city that looks like that

Verona

Looks fucking cool

Oh and forgot to say that of course Verona is like that in a way bigger area, instead of a concentrated square you walk through in 10 mins.

And has the motherfrigging Romeo And Juliet Balcony, which sure, it's kind of staged, but still cool

It is, not a tourist trap at all, just a cool museum of a huge sunken ship that got pulled out of the water

are you joking

the only part barely resembling Verona is the bottom right pic

AMSTERDAM CITY CENTER
u are BRAINDEAD if u have ever visited it

>mosquitos the size of your hand
>spics
>nogs
>white trash
>everyone is fat
panhandle beaches are okay I guess

Attached: intro.jpg (1280x800, 106.09K)

I prefered Venice in Assassins Creed 2 to the real thing desu

Attached: maxresdefault.jpg (1280x720, 217.43K)

you clearly never visited Gamla Stan, and maybe Verona.

But you're partly right, Verona is clearly better (for example it's not as hard to walk around since the terrain is not as irregular as Stockholm's old city area).

Naples also has similar but bigger areas, and most of Tuscany has that style but for entire cities/villages

Stone henge is great

>it's not that touristy
It is when you live here and the streets below are packed every single day in the summer.

None of those cities have a viking bar owned by E-type. NONE!

It's a pretty good bar ngl.

i’ve been in that exact place and sat in one of those chairs
at the time there were groups of niggers selling armbands and fake watches lmfao

Indeed

I come from Italy so I'm used to even more people, but you're right, it's definitely popular in summer

haha true, and no viking rune slab left there on a wall either, if that's your thing

VGH... The rune stone of old town,

Attached: file.png (562x375, 534.51K)

As an Italian I'm so surprised that it was never vandalized even tho it's right there and unguarded. Doesn't even have a protection or something

>and maybe Verona
yeah right I didn't live there for 5 years

Attached: PXL_20201013_162321856.jpg (3024x4032, 2.62M)

NY isn't a tourist trap. The city is actually very quirky and interesting. It's full of tourist traps but even the tourist traps like times Square are fun

did lsd there, it was great

There's standing rune stones everywhere in Sweden.
This one is just 3-4 minutes from a large shopping area.
And there's a bunch of others around town.

Attached: l2014-2546-u232.jpg (1600x1170, 835.4K)

Attached: moscow-subway-map.jpg (1484x1612, 247.25K)

I'm surprise that the vandalizing of rune stones are so rare in general since there are so many of them dotted around the country.

drop the proxy Gianluca

e chi è Gianluca? Sono arrivato qui per puro caso dalla pagina principale

>a city, but it's also inside water

what exactly causes Italians to do this?

I guess that vandalizing cool Viking Art isn't as funny as setting on fire a dumb looking straw goat haha

i don't know man

Attached: file.png (843x1061, 1.78M)

las vegas

I'm glad people don't ruin those runes with their own marks!

t b h it is indeed soulful compared to your average subway system
but obviosly not all of it, most is purely utilitarian and even shitty

the entirety of NYC, Times Square specifically.

Fuck off miami is paradise full of cuban women with big asses and juicy thighs.

>a pile of rocks 2

I won't tell you what the best beach is.

Runestones used to be a lot more colourful

Attached: file.png (281x281, 205.79K)

don't forget the jews who prey on them

I know, now long ago there was a pretty awesome massive colorful example provided as part of an exhibit on loan from the danish museum in a nearby city.

No, you can't even get close because the dirt underneath it is sinking. I liked it though, it is a historic place.

*not long ago: ffs

That's cool

Whole of Prague is one big tourist trap.
Taxi drivers, dealers, exchanges, whores, restaurants, hotels,... most of them - when they hear a foreign language - immediately increase prices (from 30% to 300%).
Enjoy this fucking city!

Attached: Praha.jpg (275x183, 12.07K)

>pancake corner

BASED

it was the jelling stone facsimile they constructed

It's strange. I've never seen a rune stone that's been ruined.
And you find them in the strangest places, simply because they have stood there through the ages and people have built around them.
There's often a little sign with info next to them in more populated areas.

>immediately increase prices (from 30% to 300%).
are slavs turks?

In Prague? Worse.

go look up how much for a hotel. lol

It's St Joseph Peninsula, everything else is crowded or trash

Yeah not much good memories from solo travelling to Prague, at least I avoided shitty restaurants and expensive hotels.

>when they hear a foreign language
The only language I heard there was Korean

I was there on a school trip, god it must have been like 10 years now. I don't remember anything except that ship and that I hated the place

Prague has the only one advantage (compared to Paris, Berlin, etc.) - no one beat or kill you.

based rock dragger

Best memories travelling solo was at boston
When to a shit cozy bar called whitey's or croke park got drunk and played pool with irish gang lads

Wait... can't you you just drive to them? Or is the are fenced off?
