Flag. No, I'd like to maybe, but afraid it would just be someone that wants my green card. Obviously the native cultures in a way, but they don't have much of their traditional cultures and languages preserved, the Appalachian culture is pretty isolated and some have suggested that preserves an archaic version of English. We have a lot of good swimming here luckily In the ocean California has nice kelp forests, NC has nice beaches, and Florida has coral reef, I prefer freshwater though so any mountain lakes and streams are good in the east and west. Florida has a lot of nice blue springs as well, and Lake Superior/Boundary Waters are has endless swimming options, but there are leaches in the smaller lakes, and lake Superior stays around 45 degrees f (7 c). Doing pretty well I guess, I got a lot of language learning resources from /lang/ which is good. Picrel.

Hi, I’m from Brazil
Never tried international dating and unsure if I’d be willing to
There are some very isolated, even uncontacted tribes in the Amazon rainforest
Best swimming is probably in the beaches of the northeast. Warm tropical water all year round. Seasons are barely noticeable. I’ll say Boipeba Island since it’s in my state, Bahia.
I’m doing fine, thanks for asking! Moving soon from a tiny apartment to a big house. Also online classes from uni starting soon. Hope you’re all doing ok.

Sounds great! Do you have any fresh water to swim in?
Not in my state sadly. I mean, not a big body of water like a lake. But a popular tourist destination is Chapada Diamantina with a lot of small rivers, streams and waterfalls. Maybe other brazilians could share about their states later.

My current gf for 2,5 is Ukrainian. We met in Poland tho, I don't know if that counts.
No? Gipsies maybe, but I don't think so.
I'm not sure. Mazury maybe.
Fine, but I'm tired of exams at uni.
I searched for both Lake Superior and Mazury on google. They look stunningly beautiful!
>I'm not sure. Mazury maybe.
Looks nice.

Yes, I lived with a Sevillian girl for about a month. It was the best month of my entire life and I miss her a lot.
>Are there any isolated cultures in your country
There are some Russian mennonites that live in the middle of nowhere and don't use technology and they hate us for some reason. There are also uncontacted tribes.
>What is the best swimming in your country
In your own pool
>How your doing

I've been dating an American man from Nashville for a year and a half. He was an international student who came to my school to study abroad.
Starbucks and Baskin Robbins in my country create a huge variety of unique menus. Some of them are geeky ew
Jeju island is very good for swimming. Surfing too.
I’m good on these days. Now that winter is passing, I enjoy waiting for spring.
>Yes, I lived with a Sevillian girl for about a month. It was the best month of my entire life and I miss her a lot.
How did you meet? How dud it end?
>There are some Russian mennonites that live in the middle of nowhere and don't use technology and they hate us for some reason.
How did they end up in Paraguay?
>Starbucks and Baskin Robbins in my country create a huge variety of unique menus. Some of them are geeky ew
I mean like communities that are relatively insular.
>I’m good on these days. Now that winter is passing, I enjoy waiting for spring.
Same, but you got to try and enjoy eery season I guess.
Yeah, they also feel kinda... unique? There are also some nice lakes for swimming in the southern Poland, but I think they are pretty typical for any temperate-climat country with mountains.
>Jeju island is very good for swimming. Surfing too.
Truly amazing landscape. Didn’t know about it.
If you ever come here, Isle Royal National Park (which is in Lake Superior) is seriously underrated
and very beautiful, water is very cold there though, just be warned.
Mountain lakes are the best though, cool, crisp, clear, and clean.
Is this actually for making friendos, or just shouting in the breeze ?

No, but considering I want to move to another country, so if that ever happens it’s a likely eventuality.
>Are there any isolated cultures in your country
Not including Newfoundlanders, there’s a lot of people up north, in Inuit communities separated from the rest of Canada by a lack of roads, basic necessities/goods and other things shipped are brought in by plane and cost people an insane amount of money.
>What is the best swimming in your country
Atlantic Ocean! It’s cold, but it feels so good in the summer.
>How your doing
Yesterday my step-sister died of an accidental overdose, I’m pretty sure.
But that’s just another day in Canada where kids are dropping like flies because everyone is cutting party drugs with intense opioids. Don’t do drugs kids.

no, but I'd be interested to. Not sure if I could handle not being able to see her in person though, I like to see my gfs all the time
>Are there any isolated cultures in your country
Isolated? Other than injuns not really, My area kind of has it's own culture, but it's not really isolated, don't want to say where though.
>What is the best swimming in your country
Probably down south, or in california. Not bad to swim where I am but it's not always warm enough
>How your doing
I'm okay. Haven't slept in a couple days though. But I Just got a chicken sandwich from my local butcher so I'm happy ig

I was supposed to do a Eurotrip through Spain, Italy, England and Austria, which is where my grandparents are from so I wanted to visit those places but on day three in Spain I was at a tapas place where you would sit in a big table with strangers and she was there with her friends and they noticed my accent and started talking to me. Then she took me to a lot of different places and when I was supposed to leave she told me to stay in her place so I did. It ended because I had to come back home.
>How did they end up in Paraguay?
A lot of them came escaping the Soviet Union, others moved to Canada but the Canadian government was forcing them to teach their kids a specific curriculum so they moved here instead.
Ideal gf
Usually just shooting in the breeze but I've had nice conversations with OP and a couple other people on here
I’d be super excited to visit user, but it’s difficult for now. Our money lost value so it’s harder to travel abroad :(
And for freshwater swimming, I remembered a place in Mato Grosso do Sul called Bonito. It’s regarded as a natural aquarium for snorkeling. Sorry for other brazilian anons, I don’t remember much outside of my state.
Sorry to hear about your step-sister, user. Hope you're doing okay. Too many people die from that, a lot of people I grew up with are either dead or messed up for good from that stuff. I almost fell into that trap, kinda did a little in high school.
>Atlantic Ocean! It’s cold, but it feels so good in the summer.
Seems nice, I've swam up in the ocean in Maine. Canada is lucky because of all the freshwater lakes they have.
>Yesterday my step-sister died of an accidental overdose, I’m pretty sure.
Sad to hear about it, Some of the places where I have family from have become really fucked up because of meth, which they switched to because heroin is too expensive.
>girl
Please be in London
>Probably down south, or in california. Not bad to swim where I am but it's not always warm enough
You just got to build up the courage to swim in cold water, once you start swimming in it it feels great, also warm fresh water is often gross and breeds amoebas among other things.
>I'm okay. Haven't slept in a couple days though. But I Just got a chicken sandwich from my local butcher so I'm happy ig
Sounds tasty, also get some sleep!

Very sad, you still in contact?

Oh I’ve tried swimming in the cold, I can’t stand it. Went swimming in Maine once and froze my balls off
>sleep
Kek, I wish
looks really nice, we have a lot of those types of springs in Florida which I showed in a previous thread, we also have some in Idaho which are really cool because they are in the middle of the Great Basin desert so they are very lush as well, so people compare it to the Garden of Eden.
Her flag says South Korea
The more you do it, the more you will build up your brown fat which allows you to swim in it more, and its also very good for your health if your interested in that.
>Is this actually for making friendos, or just shouting in the breeze ?
I’d like to think of it as a cultural exchange. I like to learn about other places. Not expecting to make friends but it’d be kinda cool.
Sorry to hear about your sister user. Hope you’re doing ok
>Very sad, you still in contact?
No, which I think is for the best. I don't have any social media but sometimes when I'm drunk or sad I stalk her Instagram to see if she posted something.
>?
Like idk how their religion works but menonnites have a very specific way of raising their kids as they don't go to school but in Canada even if you homeschool your kids there are rules about what you should teach them and there are certain things they have to learn according to their government. Here there aren't any rules so they can do whatever they want with their kids.
