You realise most decent universities have connections with industry, and professors/teachers that have connections in the industry and can get your foot in the door? it's basically every Canadian uni, our academia whores itself out to foreign students to keep suckling that cash cow
it kinda sucks for the chinese kids outsode these cliques though, they bear the association and the stereotype without the benefit of being in the assignment and answer key sharing circle.
Some of them even have people they send to do exams for them with their student ID, no idea how it works but I've heard of it happening
