After watching this I realised it's what that hack Jon Favrou ripped off but very poorly.
I see you are a man of taste
The French are an incredibly serious people, by disposition, and when they try to do comedy it's usually very broad and physical. Just look at the pretentious Brits and Americans - with rich parents - who go to the Gaulier academy in Paris. They spend thousands of pounds to learn a desperately unfunny philosophy to justify slipping over a banana peel then subject audiences to it for years. The French should just stick to producing sensual and philosophical art (and sexy women).
it's a dark comedy
Fag
Monty Python movies
Anything with Louis de Funès
Interesting, I'm really unaware of the British comic tradition but talk seems to be something ingrained
This is the top grossing movie in Europe. It’s funny but not amazing.
>the best European comedy
Amurrica
i want to do unspeakable things to her forehead
I assume its about.... Jews?
There are plenty of top-tier French and Italian comedies. Even the Soviets had several.
FUCK she's so sexy. As a married man I want her to peg me and my wife
None, euros aren’t funny outside of the pathetic sense.
"Taxi" was quite good
X Brother
>Philanthropy (2002)
>Divorce, Italian Style (1961)
>12:08 East of Bucharest (2006)
>Playtime (1967)
>Smiles of a Summer Night (1955)
>The Rules of the Game (1939)
Europeans aren't mutilated so a lot of the "you need a lube to masturbate" comedic subplots are impossible to pull off, which inevitably brings down the quality.
>european comedy
OI HE WALKIN FUNNY
brits aren't european/white
It's embarrassing how mutts think Bongland=Europe.
>changed the guy from Arab to black because reasons
FRANCE YES
Anything non-German
The Armata Brancaleone 1 and 2 are like Monty Python's Holy Graal but 100xtimes better and even older, so more original
Is that the girl from skins
Check Me, Grandma, Iliko and Ilarion
BARREN OVARIES
It's inspired by don quixote you fucking brainlet
uk is the only part of Europe that's funny.
I don't think they count as comedies, but Les Morfalous and pic related are pure kino
>all the best comedies are from France, Italy, and Spain
Can northern euros even into comedy?
Only the British and Irish can do comedy properly because if you don't speak English you aren't funny.
Great movie desu, and I don't even really hate muslims
a lot of great european comedies, For example Playtime from Jacques Tati
Unironically good comedy requires a high IQ and thinking outside of the box.
Northern euros are as souless as the asians and lack comedic creativity.
Someone help, why she is so sexy?
She has a neanderthal-tier brow ridge and a massive five head yet somehow never fails to make my pp big.
You retarded fuck, I've never said it wasn't
Some good from my country:
>Miś (1980) Stanisław Bareja
>Seksmisja (1983) Juliusz Machulski
>Sami Swoi (1967) Sylwester Chęciński
>Jak rozpętałem II wojnę światową (1969) Tadeusz Chmielewski
> Rejs (1970) Marek Piwowski
Le Boulet (2002)
Woody Allen stole the plot of this one in Radio Days
we invented whiteness continental cuck
OH NON NON NON NON
why do white women look like their male counterparts? must be all the inbredding throughout history.
>>Seksmisja (1983) Juliusz Machulski
that's satire, not comedy, though the difference is negligible I suppose. Good movie and frighteningly on point
>that's satire, not comedy
Imagine I posted a brainlet pic, user.
portuguese
>Capitão Falcão (pic related)
french
>Qu'est-ce qu'on a fait au Bon Dieu?
>Vive la France
i'm not counting english films as those have global appeal
Il Sorpasso
>forgot pic
A movie where a guy escapes an insane asylum with the help of a gay nurse and two middle-aged delinquents and goes on a quest to recover his father's hidden gold, which turns out to be 24 bars of gold from the Third Reich.
Absolutely hilarious.
also there's films like
>Canção de Lisboa
>Pátio das Cantigas
>Leão da Estrela
and others who are absolute classics of portuguese cinema, but are all from the 30s and 40s
we haven't produced basically any good content since those decades, last few years seem to be the exception, but still nothing of the same magnitude
fuck you reminded me
>Er is wieder da
it's pretty fucking good
