Valid idea, but it won't happen. The """ambitious""" narrative decisions in S11-12 were nothing more than stunts that exist for a momentary rush instead of being an actual story. Ruth's origins and actual importance won't be explored, TTC won't be satisfyingly explored. I will castrate myself with an AIDS-infected hatchet if Chibnall actually satisfyingly delivers on what he started in The Timeless Children, that's a promise. But it won't be explored because it was meant as a one-off shock blast-from-the-past to confirm the Morbius Doctors instead of a teaser for the future. Momentary shock value isn't ambitious, it's cowardly. It would be more ambitious, ironically, if Chibnall decided to develop the current characters in his era.
The Division is the one thing I'm vaguely interested about because it seems feasible enough to explore, S13 should be about that.
