Who?

shut the fuck up Pajeet

They grew up.

He is a natural chad, people are drawn to his charisma.

Dude I don't know. I don't know what's happening. It's real though.

If you're going to let Snyder make a 4 hour movie with a funny aspect ratio R rating etc then surely you can allow Ben Affleck to make whatever the fuck he wanted to make when he was doing The Batman

4 years without a Snyder movie, they forgot how awful he is

Honestly I think everyone woke up to how the Marvel movies are just a machine and will never tell a story with any true finality, that way they can always pump out the next one. Such as literally killing off half of all life and and bringing it back with the snap of one's fingers and ending the movie with only one funeral.

Snyder wants to take these characters and really examine the consequences of the power they hold on the world they live in, with permanence. I don't really like capeshit, but you can tell Snyder's not really a businessman like the Marvel cronies. He's injecting passion into the genre again.

Superman literally dies and comes back to life in the next film.

I realized that even though his movies are textually flawed, he's a real fucking artist... the real deal, and his art started to effect me pretty deeply.

Part of it is also obviously the story of Justice League's production being fascinating to people. There was a real-world underdog narrative in there that some could sink their teeth into, and become invested enough to try to help.

Why this is reshaping into a mainstream renewal arc is something I can't completely understand; the DCEU movies were met with ambivalence at best in my world, and BvS actively bothered people at the time.

Why the fuck have so many normies become excited about a 4-hour retread of a movie they didn't care about in a franchise they actively dislike? They're seeing something they missed before, i think. It's pretty magical and strange.

in b4 reddit spacing faggots

yeah but he's literally an allegory for jesus so i give it a pass

uwe boll but with a bigger budget

Has anyone noticed how these threads are heavily spammed only during business hours? After 6PM (pst for me) they completely stop being made and only the threads made before are still up

i don't

that was always allowed

Your post made me realize comic stories are absolutely shit without the fridge.

also notice how cavill hasn't played superman in a few years while there's already talk of RDJ coming back in flashbacks or some shit

He did the needful.

Even if you don't care for his movies, taking revenge on a major Hollywood studio that ruined his movie when he was talking a break from directing to mourn his dead daughter by getting a social media campaign going and getting the support from most of the production team to force aforementioned studio to let him completely redo the movie and turn it into a four hour epic, all with 4:3 aspect ratio, an intermission and an alternate black and white version... you gotta admit, that's one hell of a story. You might not enjoy his work, but how can you not root for the guy, considering the circumstances?

To be fair 90% of all Disney flick views are fake so this barely does anything.

0 actually. It would technically be an on-topic thread which I have refused to make for some time now. You can read why in the link

I still can't tell if it's just the studio fucking his shit up or if Watchmen was a fluke.
