I doubt it will be ending that soon, I see a lot of people assuming the series is ending soon because this is the twin's last summer vacation. Let me make a counter point. This may be the last summer vacation but you have to remember that Japan has the summer vacation in the middle of the school year not the end of it like in the west. In addition to covering the entire summer the twins final school year will include the entire fall and winter seasons, there is a whole lot of ground to cover before the twins graduate. We have Keita's 17th birthday the twins 18th birthday another Christmas, new years Yuuzuki's 25th birthday and another valentine's. That's all assuming they don't go on a summer trip like they did the last time. When Keita first entered high school the summer vacation started on chapter 37 and the end of that school year when the seniors of that time would graduate didn't occur until around chapter 99.
Another reason I don't think it will be ending that soon is the hint that Riko will move out after graduation. She mentioned in chapter 141 that she was working overtime and planned to join the workforce after she graduated. The implication is that she will move out and needs the extra money to rent an apartment. As I posted before this means the series will at least have to last until the twins graduate and that means a whole other semester.

Once again I don't think its ending soon, what I hope/expect to occur is that Keita finnally gives in and has sex with someone and it kicks off a final storyline where he go's through each of the girls and has sex with each of them until he either picks one or has a harem end that or an open ended ending.

One or even both of them moving out wouldn't add or change much at all except for some minor drama. Authors extend stories all the time, the fact is it would be strange to end it before Keita's 17 birthday or the twins graduating high school so the series will likely extend to that point at least.

I agree on all counts, they seem to be setting up for Yuuzuki to come back and start having sexy scenes with him again. Plus the Mikuni "rejection" ended up being meaningless anyway as she still gets chapters with him regardless meaning there is no reason why Yuuzuki cannot do the same. Harem end is really the best option in my mind.
