Mainly this.
Though I'd make sure to archive any possible information or transaction that was made, and cease making any new ones from this point forth.
Let your lawyer handle the rest.
And, for God's sake, don't make any public statements about this.
WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK
>we were just casually sexting back and forth, and finally decided to meet in a hotel room, where he raped me, as you can tell by the signs of struggle of the gentle slaps on my ass cheeks, your honour.
Your lawyer's gonna love this case.
Based.
But y kill the woman's boyfriend tho?
ROFL
Legally, it's rape.
Morally, absolutely not rape and you did nothing wrong.
Lawyer up, and don't discuss this with anyone else.
End of discussion.
Will not be reading any replies to this post.
if you dont reply to this post you are a raging homosexer
You're fucked, modern courts always side with women. Better pray she doesn't press charges or it's all over for you, cause if a women says you raped her, in the eyes of the law, you raped her.
>breaking the law is not implicitly morally wrong
Dindu nuffins
>The girl is really shitty for doing this
>It's still rape
These can both be true at the same time. There are a lot if faggots without reading comprehension in this thread screaming about revoking consent after sex. That is obviously not possible, but it's not what happened here.
OP had consensual sex until she said she didn't want it anymore and that changed nothing about what already happened, but everything after that was rape.
Mind you, this doesn't mean what you did was as bad as everything else that could be considered rape. I wouldn't call you a bad person about this personally and if you're ever convicted (not a given), you'd probably get a very light sentence.
I don't get what some people's problem is. What part of this is nonsensical?
Even if you stopped she would have claimed it was rape, don’t feel too bad
