OP had consensual sex until she said she didn't want it anymore and that changed nothing about what already happened, but everything after that was rape.
Mind you, this doesn't mean what you did was as bad as everything else that could be considered rape. I wouldn't call you a bad person about this personally and if you're ever convicted (not a given), you'd probably get a very light sentence.
