I’ve had my second session of Fraxel (Fractional CO2 Laser) 2 weeks ago for my acne scars. My skin has fully healed but there’s absolutely no improvement at all. It may even made my scars worse.
It was my last hope. Now I’m broke and disfigured. I want to fucking kill myself. I’m seriously considering it.

Doesn't Tretinoin (the proper medicated versions) possibly help this? I don't think it's even that terrible to others but I understand why it would consume you. You might have to learn to live with it

Sucks, but it's definitely not worth dying over. Death and dying is a much worse process than this.
Have you looked into professional Microdermabrasion or Chemical Peels? Could be an option.
