Sounds like hormone therapy and too much fucking estrogen from pills, plastic, onions, hfcs, and not enough iodine, D3, selenium in the diet. Then add in obesity to the mix. Here’s a hint try Lugol’s 2% iodine drops for a week. Do 4-5 drops in water a day. You’ll discover your hunger goes away. I’m downing some now. Never hungry. Also add in gains in the gym.
