Fun is probably very subjective in this game. Everyone is hard for Ning but she looks super boring to play, so I don't use her at all. At the same time I find Beidou's parry gimmick very fun to use, even if she isn't as good on paper

I've barely used her yet and only just finished getting her a base set of lvl 0 five star VV artifacts, plus a lend me down lvl 16 four star off set anemo goblet that the nun at the very start of the game gave me. During the bloons event she saw more usage than when I first got her up until then. It has to be said, tossing around smaller enemies and even large slimes with her E skill was pretty entertaining.
Her E scales to 408% skill dmg at level 6, which is intense.
