This means you're microdosing it. The dose prescribed for actual mental illness starts from 200mg I think, and it shouldn't make you sleepy at all.
I've been taking it in low doses for sleep too in past, but I'm not really a fan of it. It helps to fall asleep, but it feels like quality of sleep is worse.
