U.S. authorities have charged two more alleged members of the self-styled Oath Keepers militia in Ohio with participating in the Jan. 6 breach of the U.S. Capitol, asserting that a married Cincinnati-area couple was recruited by previously indicted retired Army captain Jessica Watkins.
Sandra Parker, 60, and Bennie Parker, 70, operated as a group with the “Oath Keepers militia” that invaded the Capitol in one single-file, combat-dressed “stack,” FBI charging papers alleged.
The couple, of Morrow, Ohio, appeared in federal court Thursday on charges of conspiracy, trespassing, destroying government property and obstructing Congress’s confirmation of President Biden’s electoral vote victory, according court filings. They were granted conditional release pending trial by U.S. Magistrate Judge Karen L. Litkovitz.
FBI charging papers say that Bennie Parker was recruited by Watkins, the alleged founder of the Ohio State Regular Militia and leader of a unit of the Oath Keepers, an anti-government militia group that aims to recruit military, law enforcement and first responders and whose members have shown up armed at political protests in support of right-wing causes.
In audio recordings obtained by the FBI, Watkins allegedly said while in the Capitol that she was leading a group of 30 to 40 others who forced entry and overran police.
Three U.S. military veterans — Watkins, 38, and Donovan Ray Crowl, 50, both of Woodstock, Ohio, and Thomas E. Caldwell, 66, of Berryville, Va. — began recruiting in November for the action, trained in Ohio and North Carolina and coordinated plans to bring a bus of other members and weapons to Washington, according to FBI charging papers. The three are accused of conspiring to obstruct Congress and other counts, punishable by up to 20 years in prison.
FBI charging papers say Bennie Parker assisted his wife and other members by staying in communication with them inside the Capitol while he remained outside.
Bennie Parker wrote to Watkins before the riot, “I may have to see what it takes to join your militia,” because theirs was not very active, the charging papers say.
Three days after the insurrection, Watkins reassured Parker that “I’ve been following the FBI wanted list,” and it “seems they’re only interested in people who destroyed things,” charging papers alleged. The FBI said that she added, “I wouldn’t worry about them coming after us.” Watkins was arrested the following week.
An attorney for Sandra Parker declined to comment. Bennie Parker’s attorney did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Caldwell attorney Thomas K. Plofchan Jr. has called the indictment of the three “a deliberate attempt to find a scapegoat for activities on January 6.”
Caldwell is “a highly decorated veteran” and former FBI official who “expects to have the charges dismissed or to be acquitted at trial,” Plofchan has argued. He said Caldwell is “not a member of the Oath Keepers and never entered the Capitol that day.” Plofchan has also said that the charging document contained no factual assertion that he “coordinated any activity aimed at entering the Capitol, disrupting any procedure, or taking any action against any person.”
Aiden Garcia
Watkins told the Ohio Capital Journal last month, “I didn’t commit a crime. I didn’t destroy anything. I didn’t wreck anything,” saying the riot was a peaceful protest that turned violent.
Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes said that Caldwell is not a dues-paying member of Oath Keepers and does not hold any leadership position in the organization. Rhodes said he did not know Caldwell to be taking any action on Jan. 6 on behalf of Oath Keepers, and that he gave no direction or signals to members to storm the Capitol.

They try to slide but they still do the time

Dab Forums is more desperate than ever to slide threads like this that prove it was a violent coup.

How do you slide on a board where threads stay up for weeks?
Dominic Gutierrez
this was a nice thread, actually. shame it didnt stay up the only sliders here are fucking changs and bubbas and they do it non-stop, see: I dont think Dab Forumsfags care much. personally I see much sliding by the user mentioned above, i dont even think he is leftist or rightst, i think he is a 5 cent partymember pushing chinese agenda and doesnt give a fuck if its blue or red his Party tells him to support
Owen Jones
Again, how do you slide on a board where threads stay up for weeks if they get even a modicum of engagement. If your thread is ignored for days until it falls off, than maybe it wasn't very good.
Blake Gomez
really weird how heavily armed militias manage to invade the capitol without firing a single shot before eventually being repelled without a single shot being fired

>was a nice thread Thanks. I tried.
>How do you slide on a board where threads stay up for weeks? Funny thing, that. This thread: died because it couldn't be bumped. Those last three posts on that thread? Those were self-bumps I was trying to kick the thread back up to page one.
Real funny thing, that. Look at the time-date stamps for those bump attempts and compare to the previous post (to those bump attempts) and the thread in general. And the thread stayed right where iit was on about page 4 and wouldn't budge, and kept falling down the queue and off page 10.
THAT is how threads slide on Dab Forums. That's at least the third thread I posted here in the last six months that happened to.
Now, go back to the and look at all the shipost SPAM threads that are active and bump constantly.
Interesting, isn't it?
