Now whine about how Luffy can oneshot Hokage Naruto because of Conqueror's Haki or how your average Shinigami can end Sasuke since the Sharingan can't detect Reiatsu.
Black Clover
>I guess it's a testament to how poorly explained the whole thing was.
More like how retarded people are, being so used to spoonfeeding they consider as good writing. Gone are the days the reader was left to fend for himself connecting the dots, BC is truly a relic of a bygone era.
Luck's neck gives me a strong urge to bite it.
The same happened with this spread.
I am not sure why his neck in particular gives me such a weird desire.
>It's not about Klaus or Letoille, it's about how characters on that level barely even register for the bad guys anymore outside of rare exceptions.
They never did.
>I'm using her showings post timeskip which seems like a much better measure of how she performs now than her previous showings hundreds of chapters ago against much weaker enemies.
It's not really a much better measure when Dante's magic had such a huge range and there was barely any place for her to set up her strings. Dante also depleted all of her mana completely. Yeah she was facing a powerful enemy and it could happen again, but during certain situation which she proved in the past she showed the ability to contribute.
>You combine the two and most characters are either useless or only useful in a very specific situation. Look at the demon who has a similar but different gimmick going on. Both Kaiser and his team of knights as well as the Julius and Damnatio combo amounted to nothing
Even if the grand scheme of things they didn't much to the Majin. They still should they were capable of contributed by neutralizing a few blows even a little. Small stuff like that could be meaningful in fights if written correctly.
He's just really cute
I agree that people want things spoonfed to them explicitly and you can even see this in how people label anything that is not directly stated as headcanon, but that doesn't mean the arcane stuff was properly explained. We've got
>2 separate definitions
>an unclear distinction between "magic influenced by the other world" and arcane magic
>no idea what exactly makes some unnatural magic arcane which is why we can't properly tell what is arcane and what isn't
>some weird instances like Vanessa and possibly Grey and Charlotte being able to turn their magic arcane by creating a new spell or otherwise changing their magic
The reason all the debates exist is precisely because there are no clear answers that everyone agrees with.
