Sure. And if the updates that are supposed to come are good, it will be better. But even then, it could use more content. Mod support would make it infinitely better.

I mean, there is modding being done since it is a unity game. But I can't say for sure that we will see anything the likes of additional biomes being modded in.
With Adv.Building (mod), there's definitely a lot of promise considering you can port stuff in through schematics.
Unfortunately, I don't know enough about modding a unity game to really say what you can and can't do without official support, but I do know the scene will take
significantly longer to actually become more than tweaks to stats in game.
