Ubuntu is the only distro I've ever used that doesn't have trash font rendering out of the box. That and I don't have the time or energy to troubleshoot small fixes to thinks I fucking hate, like the file picker not having properly sized thumbnails. My time is valuable, I have work to do, I'm not going to repeatedly spend an hour to fix small gripes.
