Heh, your images are quite good at depicting everything in a simple wojack, the entitlement is kinda funny but it gets sad the moment you think that the most social interaction he has with people is this, not even trying to find people to talk to, he just blames everyone for being bad friends, having mental problems or being bad people, when he has all of those problems, except that he doesn't have friends, I don't know if this is some weird type of coping but it's depressing to watch

About spammer, if he's really who we think he is, then he's been given multiple chances to redeem himself and not only fucked up, but also fucked up in a lot of other "communities" around here.
If it's a newfag that no one knows the existence of, then yeah might be that he has some issues and he could buy us with pity, but he had a lot of chances to do so, never even gave a single clear explanation, so I doubt he's not doing it on purpose and having fun with it.
